I was a bit worried at first because the tracking updates took longer than expected to show up, but I was relieved once they finally came through. It ended up being okay overall, just a little slow.

The return itself went fine and the refund came through quickly, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just felt a little misled by the product description, which made the whole thing frustrating.

I ordered from otakuplan.com, the prices were fair for what I ended up getting. Like, it’s not some dirt-cheap bargain site or anything, but the quality was better than I expected, so I can’t really complain too much there.

The shipping did take a little longer than I wanted, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking the tracking like a maniac, but it wasn’t a total disaster. For anime merch, I’d say it’s solid value, and yeah, I’d probably order again if something catches my eye...

I ordered this shirt thinking the design would look like the picture, but it didn’t quite match up. The print wasn’t as sharp in person, the colors looked a little dull, and the placement seemed just slightly off-center. It’s not terrible, and I’ll probably still wear it, but for the price, I expected it to be more accurate. Shipping was fine, but yeah, I’m a bit disappointed with how it turned out.

I’m happy with this shirt overall. The print came out nice and clear, which was the main thing I was paying attention to because sometimes designs can look a little blurry or faded in person. The fabric also feels good, soft enough to wear comfortably and not like that stiff, cheap material some shirts have. My only small complaint is the stitching. It’s not terrible or anything, and I can still wear the shirt without a problem, but in a few spots I just noticed it looked a little less clean than I would’ve liked. So overall, I’d say it’s good quality, just not completely perfect

I do like the products overall, but the customer service response time was slow for me. I ended up having to send a follow-up message before I finally got help. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely annoying. Curious if other people have had the same issue or if I just caught them at a busy time

I ordered from otakuplan.com the shipping was better than I thought it would be. It wasn’t some overnight miracle, but it did show up within the estimated window, maybe even a little earlier. That part was a nice surprise.
The tracking worked fine for most of the trip, though there was one day where it just didn’t update at all, and that kind of made me question things for a bit. The package arrived in good shape, so no real complaints there. I’d give it 4 stars because the shipping was solid, just not amazingly fast, and the tracking pause did chip away at my trust a little.

I ordered a hoodie from otakuplan.com, and the print was alright, so that part was fine. But the fit was just not it for me. I went with my usual size, and it ended up feeling tight around the arms and kind of short in the body.

Maybe I should’ve gone up a size or something, but the size chart didn’t really make this any clearer. It was a bit disappointing because I actually wanted to like the hoodie, but that fit just threw it off
